(3) When you contact us by email or using a contact form, your email address and, if provided by you, your company name, your name, your city and your telephone number are saved by us in order to answer your questions (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a, b, f GDPR). (1) When downloading the Megger Centrix Remote Control, the required information is sent to Google Play Store / Apple App Store, in particular username, email address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device code. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We only process the data as far as it is necessary for downloading the Megger Centrix Remote Control on your mobile device is necessary (legal bases are Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b, f GDPR).
(2) When using the Megger Centrix Remote Control, we collect the information described below as personal data. These are technically necessary for convenient use of the functions and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR).

- Location data (using GPS and IP address)
(1) At the beginning of using the Megger Centrix Remote Control, we will ask you for the permission to use your location data, the network (Internet) and camera (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR). If you don't give us any permissions, we do not use this data. In this case, you cannot use all the functions of our Megger Centrix Remote Control. You can also change the permissions later in the settings of the Megger Centrix Remote Control or revoke the previously granted permissions.
(2) If you allow access to this data, the Megger Centrix Remote Control will only access this data as far as this is necessary for the functionality (legal bases are Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a and f GDPR). We will treat this data confidentially and delete it at the end of your use of the app if you revoke your right to use it or if it is no longer required to provide the app's services.
(1) Authorizing access to your location is optional. Data concerning your location is only used to display the location on the map view. The location data is not transmitted or saved. You can deactivate the app’s access to your location at any time in the corresponding settings on your mobile device.
(2) You can allow this function at any time in the settings of the Megger Centrix Remote Control or revoke. If you deactivate the location permission, you will have limitations of functions and convenience during the usage of the app.
(3) Your location data will not be used beyond your current location information or to create motion profiles.
(1) Authorisation to access your camera is mandatory for the app to function. It is used to scan the QR code associated with the measuring van and thus to find the data associated with this measuring van in the database. Google Firebase is used as the database and for communication between the measuring van and the Megger Centrix Remote app. The registration with Google Firebase is anonymous; we do not collect or transmit any personal data.
(2) You can enable or disable this function at any time in the settings of the Megger Centrix Remote Control app. If you deactivate access to the camera data, the functionalities of the app can only be used to a very limited extent.
(1) The Megger Centrix Remote Control does not use cookies.
(2) The app stores (Google Play Store / Apple App Store) collect anonymised analysis data which can be used to count the number of active users, type of the device, version of the operation system etc. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it.
We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, to protect your personal data from the dangers of data transmission and third parties to gain knowledge. These are adapted to the current state of technic.

Auf diese Datenerhebung haben wir keinen Einfluss und sind nicht dafür verantwortlich. Wir verarbeiten die Daten nur, soweit es für das Herunterladen der Megger Centrix Remote Control auf Ihr mobiles Endgerät notwendig ist (Rechtsgrundlagen sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b, f DSGVO).
(2) Bei Nutzung der Megger Centrix Remote Control erheben wir die nachfolgend beschriebenen personenbezogenen Daten. (1) Zu Beginn der Megger Centrix Remote Control Nutzung bitten wir Sie in einem Pop-up-Fenster um die Erlaubnis zur Nutzung Ihrer Standortdaten, des Netzwerks (Internet) sowie der Kamera (Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Wenn Sie uns keine Erlaubnis erteilen, nutzen wir diese Daten nicht. In diesem Fall können Sie nicht alle Funktionen unserer Megger Centrix Remote Control nutzen. Sie können die Erlaubnis auch später in den Einstellungen der Megger Centrix Remote Control erteilen oder die erteilte Erlaubnis widerrufen.
(2) Wenn Sie den Zugriff auf diese Daten gestatten, wird die Megger Centrix Remote Control nur dann auf diese Daten zugreifen soweit dies für die Erbringung der Funktionalität notwendig ist (Rechtsgrundlagen sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a und f DSGVO). Diese Daten werden von uns vertraulich behandelt und mit Ende der App-Verwendung gelöscht, wenn Sie die Rechte zur Nutzung widerrufen oder diese zur Erbringung der Leistungen nicht mehr erforderlich sind.
(1) Die Genehmigung des Zugriffs auf Ihren Standort ist optional. Die Daten zu Ihrem Standort werden nur dazu verwendet den Standort in der Kartenansicht anzuzeigen. Die Standortdaten werden nicht übertragen oder gespeichert. Sie können den Zugriff der App auf Ihren Standort jederzeit in den entsprechenden Einstellungen Ihres Mobilgerät deaktivieren.
(2) Sie können diese Funktion in den Einstellungen der Megger Centrix Remote Control jederzeit erlauben oder widerrufen. Wenn Sie die Ermittlung des Standorts deaktivieren, können Sie Einschränkungen bei der Nutzung der App und des Komforts haben.
(3) Ihre Standortdaten werden nicht dazu verwendet, über Ihren aktuellen Standort hinaus Bewegungsprofile anzulegen.
(1) Die Genehmigung des Zugriffs auf Ihre Kamera ist für die Funktionalität der App zwingend erforderlich. Sie dient dazu, den zum Messwagen gehörenden QR-Code scannen zu können und damit die zu diesem Messwagen gehörenden Daten in der Datenbank zu finden. Als Datenbank und zur Kommunikation zwischen Messwagen und Megger Centrix Remote App wird Google Firebase genutzt. Die Anmeldung bei Google Firebase erfolgt anonym, es werden durch uns keine personenbezogenen Daten erhoben oder übermittelt.
(2) Sie können diese Funktion in den Einstellungen der Megger Centrix Remote Control App jederzeit erlauben oder widerrufen. Wenn Sie den Zugriff auf die Kameradaten deaktivieren, sind die Funktionalitäten der App nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar.

(2) Die App-Stores (Google Play Store / Apple App Store) ermitteln verschiedene anonymisierte Analysedaten, die verwendet werden können, um z.B. die Anzahl der aktiven Nutzer, Art der Endgeräte, Betriebssystemversionen etc. zu ermitteln. Auf diese Datenerhebung haben wir keinen Einfluss und sind nicht dafür verantwortlich.
Wir unterhalten aktuelle technische Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung der Datensicherheit, insbesondere zum Schutz Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten vor Gefahren bei Datenübertragung und vor Kenntnisnahme durch Dritte. Diese werden dem jeweils aktuellen Stand der Technik angepasst.
